TOUR DESCRIPTION

Fiji Surf Tours go to the best areas to surf within Tavarua / Namotu areas and down the coral coast. Depending on the weather condition, tides, winds, swell, client surfing abilities, tours will either drive clients down the coast or boat them out to the islands.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO NOTE BEFORE SURFING

  • Cloud breaks are for experienced surfers (Intermediate to advanced level) and is not recommended for beginners unless it is a very small swell day.
  • Beginners are taken to Natadola Beach which is the same rate as surf school in the rates sheet.
  • If someone is a beginner/intermediate and insist on surfing at breaks around Tavarua, Namotu it is recommended that also book a guide which cost an additional 60FJD.
  • The boat captain will check out what breaks are working on the day and what surfers can handle.
  • Cloudbreak is the most popular break which most people want to surf if conditions are right.
What is Included:
  • FREE pick-up and drop-off within Nadi area. If out of Nadi areas call us on phone – +6799418665  atleast a day before to arrange transport. Transportation charges vary depending on the pick-up point.
  • Surf guide and life-guarding services provided.
  • Water and Snacks.

What to Bring:

  • Sun hat, Sun glasses.
  • A Camera and a small amount of cash for optional purchases.
  • Comfortable Walking Shoes

Cancellations

  • Notice received 12 hours before the trip 50% cancellation fee applied.
  • No show upon pick-up 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Payment Procedures

  • We only take a small deposit now to confirm the booking and the remaining balance will be processed 5 days before the tour date.
  • We have a secure payment page with payment options of either Credit Card, Western Union or Bank to Bank transfer .All payment is in FJD (Fijian dollars)
  • Please note that you`ll pay (approx.2% to 4%) surcharge on credit card payments on the remaining balance but you can avoid that if you prefer to pay cash.
  • As you book with us we'll send you an "Order Pending" email to inform we have received this. We then book your tour as fast as possible and send you a second "Booking Confirmed" email with all the relevant details. You can keep the soft or hard copy of this voucher to present it to the reservation.
  • Your credit card is stored in our secure booking management system and will automatically be deleted 30 days after your tour. We do not have access to your credit card details.
  • In times of any natural disaster or any event which doesn`t allow us to proceed with your booking, we will refund 100% of your payment.

Other Information

  • Guest must provide us a good understanding of their ability so that suitable waves would be found to suit their skill level.
  • Fiji Surf has the right to cancel the trips due to adverse weather, unsafe or no wave conditions. Trips will be rescheduled accordingly.
